The Role
We’re seeking a passionate and ambitious Junior Marketing & Social Media Content Creator to join our dynamic team. As a key part of our small, creative marketing team, you’ll have the opportunity to shape our social media presence with fresh, engaging video content while contributing to broader marketing initiatives.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of multiple projects, from brainstorming to execution, and you’ll work closely with the marketing team to bring innovative ideas to life. Key Responsibilities:
- Create Engaging Video Content: Design and produce video content tailored for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and more, with a focus on keeping up with current trends.
- Support Social Media Campaigns: Assist in brainstorming and executing social media campaigns that drive engagement and build our brand.
- Trend Spotting: Stay up-to-date on social media trends and recommend new ideas that keep our content fresh, engaging, and relevant.
- Content Calendar Management: Help plan and manage a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting.
- Engagement and Community Building: Actively engage with our social media followers, responding to comments, and helping build a thriving online community.
- Analytics and Optimization: Track content performance, analyze metrics, and optimize future content based on data insights.
What We're Looking For:
- Creativity and Originality: You have a natural talent for storytelling, a strong visual eye, and can think outside the box to make engaging content.
- Hustle Mentality: You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and bring ideas to life. You’re proactive, eager, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Video Editing Skills: Experience with basic video editing software (such as Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or similar) is a plus.
- Social Media Savvy: You’re well-versed in popular social media platforms, and you understand what makes content succeed on each platform.
- Passionate About Social Media Trends: You’re the person who knows the latest TikTok sound, Instagram Reel style, and social media challenges.
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience in social media, marketing, or a related field (internships or personal projects welcomed).
- Basic experience in video content creation and editing.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
