What We're Looking For
Our members team oversees the entire member journey at Beam and builds compelling innovative member-focused experiences. We are responsible for enrollment, registration, core consumer experiences, our mobile app, and hardware. With our design, research, operations, and engineering teams, we collaborate to improve activation, monetization, and engagement for our members.
We are looking for an experienced product manager to join our members team and help craft multiple areas within our roadmap. This product manager will focus on helping build tools to boost awareness and understanding of benefits offered by employers. Roughly, 20% of employees decide to decline coverage due to a lack of communication. This role has an opportunity to help shift that number.
What You Will Bring
You are an experienced, data-informed Product Manager that has built a diverse set of technical and customer-centric products. You have a passion for research and discovery in the product life cycle. You have experience speaking for internal and external customers and love turning their voices into products that meet the stakeholder needs and add value to the business overall. You have worked in an agile environment and know how to turn ideas into epics that can be broken down and delivered by technical and design teams.
