As we continue our growth, we are seeking a driven Enablement & Onboarding Coordinator to support and enhance the onboarding process for our Go-To-Market (GTM) team.
The role:
The Revenue Enablement Specialist will be responsible for coordinating the onboarding process for new members of the GTM team at Amper. This role is vital to ensure that new hires are set up for success from day one, receiving the training, resources, and support needed to hit the ground running. You will work cross-functionally to build out curriculum, manage onboarding logistics, and ensure that every GTM team member is equipped to contribute effectively.
This is a hybrid-role with at least some time working from our Corporate HQ in Chicago, IL.
What You'll Do:
Onboarding Coordination: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including scheduling training sessions, tracking onboarding progress, and ensuring that all necessary materials are provided to new hires.
Curriculum Support: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership to develop and maintain an effective onboarding curriculum for the GTM team. Ensure delivery of training content is engaging, relevant, and up-to-date.
Content Creation: Assist in creating training materials, including presentations, guides, and videos, to support both onboarding and ongoing enablement initiatives.
Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from new hires and hiring managers to continually improve the onboarding process and enhance the experience for future team members.
Tracking & Reporting: Monitor onboarding progress and key enablement metrics, providing reports to leadership on completion rates, competency levels, and areas for improvement.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with GTM leadership, subject matter experts, and HR to ensure alignment in onboarding and enablement efforts.
Enablement Initiatives: Support the broader enablement program by assisting with ongoing training initiatives, certifications, and skill development programs.

Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in onboarding, enablement, or training coordination in a SaaS or technology environment.
Experience creating training materials, including presentations and guides.
Excellent organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with enablement tools and CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.
Experience in supporting or working with GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) is highly desirable.

Compensation & Benefits:
The range of annual base salary for full-time employees for this position is $70,000-90,000 per year. Please note that base pay offered may vary depending on factors including your city of residence, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
